contiene una traduccion a 
Ingles de la presentacion 
en Espanol del General-
Teniente Evgenii Miller, 
quien fue Comandante de 
las Fuerzas Imperiales 
Rusas en aquel periodo. 
Con el debido respeto a

General-Lieutenant Evgenii 
Miller (1867-1939). 
Commander in Chief of the 
Northron Army during the 
Russian Civil War of 
1918-1920. After the War 
he exiled himself in Paris. 
In the year 1930 he became
 Commander in Chief of the 
Russian White Army 
(ROVS). On 25th November 
1936 he ordered the 
military members of the 
ROVS to enlist in the 
Spanish National Forces 
that were since 18th July 
1936 fighting against the 
Second Spanish Republic. 
On 22nd September 1937 
he was abducted by pro-
Soviet Communist agents 
and forcibly carried to 
Moscow, where he was 
slain on 11th May 1939, as 
were millions of other 
White Russian victims 
(men, women or children) 
throughout the tyrannical 
Red Rule of Iosef Stalin.
